Histories of Narrative Therapy:

Imagine yourself listening in on narrative therapy discussions on externalizing problems, Michel Foucault, anti-anorexia, feminism, trauma and violence, a wide range of anthropological ideas,  anti-individualism, deconstructing the DSM, racism, queer theory, post-structuralism, crafting narrative therapy questions and working with couples and families. Now imagine this exercise of listening alongside Michael White, Kiwi Tamasese, Johnella Bird, Alan Jenkins, David Epston (and so many others) – all when they were in their 30′s and 40′s (and now 50′s & 60′s).  We then offer you the opportunity to watch these therapeutic ideas develop and listen to narrative therapy grow up through the most engaging narrative therapists of our generation (right on up to the present day).

Since 1993, the Vancouver School for Narrative Therapy  has been archiving the very best of our live narrative therapy conference material. Our video site includes over 75 audio and video conference workshop, keynotes and interviews – and all ready to down load to your computer, ipod or iphone. 

In the Fall of 2010 you will have full access to narrative therapies fascinating therapeutic journey (and you also can gain valuable CE’s just for participating).
